What it does
The 5601P is a System Sensor single-circuit heat detector with fixed temperature and rate-of-rise activation. The rate-of-rise element is restorable, so you can field test it.
Works with
Wires to a zone on the Vista-20P, VISTA H3 and most 12 V hardwired panels. Check the panel manual for the fire zone type.
Why you want it
It alarms on a quick temperature rise, so it reacts sooner than a fixed-only unit.
