30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Except for any products designated as final sale or non-returnable, you may return products for a refund of your purchase price, less any original shipping and handling costs, provided the return is made within thirty (30) days of delivery with valid proof of purchase and the products are returned in their original condition, unopened, with the seal intact. We may, in our sole discretion, refund a product that has been opened or has a broken seal, provided your request is received within thirty (30) days of delivery.
How to Start a Return or Refund
Email info@alarmliquidators.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return steps and a return authorization, and we may ask for additional information (for example, photographs of the product or packaging). Products returned without a return authorization may be refused.
You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of our error, and you bear the risk of loss during return shipment. We recommend insuring the package and using a carrier that provides proof of delivery.
Refunds are processed within approximately ten (10) business days of our receipt and inspection of the merchandise, to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
One-Year Parts Warranty
Products purchased from Alarm Liquidators B LLC are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery. If a product fails because of such a defect during that year, we will, at our option, replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent product or part, or refund its purchase price. To make a claim, email info@alarmliquidators.com with your order number and a description of the problem; we will provide return instructions. The warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, improper installation or programming, modification, power surges, lightning, water or environmental conditions, normal wear, batteries, or any labor, installation, programming or monitoring costs.
