What it does
The 5604 is part of the System Sensor 5600 series of mechanical heat detectors. Alarm temperature is 194 F and the maximum installation temperature is 150 F. Terminals accept 14 to 22 AWG wire.
Works with
Wires to a zone on the Vista-20P, VISTA H3 and most 12 V hardwired panels. Check the panel manual for the fire zone type.
Why you want it
A higher alarm point lets it sit in warm areas without nuisance alarms.
