A four-wire smoke detector with a built-in heat sensor.
What it does
The 4WT-B is a System Sensor i3 series four-wire photoelectric smoke detector with thermal sensing. It runs on 12 or 24 V DC and has a large wire entry port, a removable cover and chamber and built-in remote maintenance signaling.
Works with
Four-wire smoke detectors need a separate power supervision relay (such as an RRS-MOD or similar) and can go on any zone. They work on the Vista-20P, the VISTA H3 and most 12 V hardwired panels; check the panel manual for the zone type.
Why you want it
Heat sensing backs up smoke sensing, and the removable chamber makes cleaning easy.
