What it does
The DT8050V combines passive infrared and 10.525 GHz microwave sensing and covers 53 by 72 ft (16 by 22 m). It runs on 9 to 15 VDC and has cover and wall tamper switches.
Works with
Wires to a zone and 12 V power on the Vista-20P, VISTA H3 and most 12 V hardwired panels.
Why you want it
The extra reach covers a great room, and needing two technologies to agree resists false alarms from heat and drafts.
