The 5853 is a wireless acoustic glassbreak detector that covers every window in a room from one spot.
What it does
It uses FlexCore signal processing to analyze sound frequency, duration and amplitude, which cuts false alarms. Mount it on any wall or ceiling within 25 feet of the glass, with no minimum range. LEDs show test, alarm and trouble states.
Works with
Works with Vista panels that have a 6160RF, 6150RF or 5881ENH receiver, natively on Lynx Touch, and on ProSeries with a PROTAKEOVER module. It does not work on the VISTA H3 without a module we do not stock.
