What it does
This kit bundles a Vista-20P panel with its cabinet, transformer, lock and key, resistors and zone-doubling kit; a 6160 keypad; a 4Ah backup battery; a Wave2 siren; and an EnvisaLink 4 module, so you can wire and program a complete hardwired system yourself. The panel has 8 hardwired zones on board (15 with zone doubling) and supports 48 zones in total, 40 of them wireless. The EnvisaLink 4 needs a wired internet router connection to the panel.

The Vista-20P is a hardwired panel and the 6160 keypad programs it. The 6160 has no wireless receiver, so add a 6160RF or 5881ENH later if you want 5800 sensors. Monitoring is through the EnvisaLink 4, so no phone line or dealer is needed.
